To assure a safe and serene experience at Gemini 24 Hour Cancellation Policy In order to ensure we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds All hair-care products sold will be available to exchange for another. No cash refund will be accepted. All services have a limited time guarantee of two weeks. In this time, if you are not satisfied, the service you received will be redone at no expense. Checks On returned checks, there is a $20.00 return check fee.
